Anna May Wong ~ Frosted Yellow Willows visits England again

Flew from Glasgow to Bradford.





Wish we had more time to rail it to Bradford. To able to take the same routes that Anna May Wong did ... but we had set a very tight schedule and we were due at the BIFF.





Loved the Midland Hotel.



We think that Anna May might of stayed at this particular hotel because it was located conveniently next to the train station.





Yes!! We took the train to London.





I was snapping away taking photos of the English countryside, small towns, farms, etc.







We did manage to do research for

"Anna May Wong ~ Frosted Yellow Willows: The Woman and Her Journey" [working title] and to film a couple of interviews and gather-up a few new leads.











Every time I venture out to gather information on Anna May Wong(1905-1961) I never cease to be amazed at the "new findings" about this wonderful pioneering spirit. This journey made us aware of another side to this Chinese American flapper.
